Cancellation Policy

Your appointment and wellbeing are very important to us. We know your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations, rescheduling and modifications of your appointments.

Any cancellation, rescheduling or modifications of appointments made after 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.

All no shows or last-minute cancellations (less than three hours before the appointment) will incur a 100% charge of the treatment price.

Please note that treatment courses (ie a course of multiple sessions) and treatment gift vouchers have an expiry of 12 months from date of purchase. Booked treatments cannot be transferred to another person – if you are unable to attend your session, please contact us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
