We’ll process and deliver your virtual Gift Certificate within 3 days of receiving your order (usually the same day if during working hours).
You will receive a PDF file via email, which you can forward to your loved one.
We can also send it directly to them, if you prefer.

Details on how to use the Certificate are contained on the PDF. The recipient simply calls us to book their treatment. We’ll ask them to bring the Certificate with them, either printed or electronically, when they attend.
